Refund policy

The short version

If something you bought here doesn't work for you, write within 14 days of purchase through the contact page and we'll make it right — a fix if we can, a refund if we can't.

What we ask

Tell us what went wrong. That's it — no forms, no hoops. Bug reports that come with a refund request still get fixed, because that's the job.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back through PayPal to the account that paid, usually within a few days of being issued.

After a refund

A refunded purchase leaves your library — the licence and download access end with it.
